Our client, a successful and reputable London law firm, is currently searching for a RECEPTIONIST to join their team.  This key role is the hub of the organization, from being the first point of contact for all incoming client calls and visits, to managing all meeting rooms, to directing incoming mail and couriers to assisting with any time-sensitive clerical functions.   The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive wage and professional and exciting work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous reception/administrative/clerical experience in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Ideally you will have worked in a law office but that is not a deal breaker.
  • Proficient with a variety of computer software programs – Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
